James LaLonde - Executive Chef
James LaLonde has worked in many of San Francisco's top kitchens. A native of the High Plains, James moved to San Francisco in 2005. His resume includes Delfina, Maverick, SPQR and Slow Club. He brings a strong passion for clean flavors and simple ingredients. His work as Executive Chef at Bocadillos continues to evolve Gerald Hirigoyen's San Sebastian meets San Francisco approach.
In his spare time, James enjoys cycling and table tennis.
